About the Role:
  • You'll oversee KYC/KYB for crypto exchanges, institutional clients, and high-risk individuals, ensuring compliance with multi-jurisdictional AML/CFT laws.
  • You'll design and manage on-chain analytics processes, utilizing blockchain forensic tools (e.g., Chainalysis, Elliptic, TRM Labs) for transaction monitoring.
  • You'll implement enhanced due diligence (EDD) protocols for high-risk crypto transactions, VASPs (Virtual Asset Service Providers), and cross-border transfers.

To excel in this position, you should have:

  • Minimum 5+ years in crypto compliance, AML, or regulatory affairs, with a strong background in multi-jurisdictional compliance.
  • Regulatory expertise and technical proficiency with blockchain forensic tools, AML software, crypto wallet risk scoring, and/or Salesforce.
  • Strong analytical and communication skills, with the ability to analyze blockchain transactions, detect illicit activities, and communicate findings effectively to regulators and internal stakeholders.
