Aufgaben:

  • Eigenständige fachliche Bearbeitung von internen und externen Anfragen
  • Durchführung von Analysen, Auswertung von Informationen
  • Anforderungen und Ableitung von Empfehlungen sowie Aufbereiten der Ergebnisse
  • Prüfende Tätigkeiten bei definierten Einzelaufgaben (Prüffunktion)

Erwartete Qualifikationen:

  • Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung, idealerweise zertifizierte Weiterbildung im Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnungsbereich
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse in Microsoft Office, insbesondere fundierte Kenntnisse in Excel
  • 2 Jahre Erfahrung in der Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung
  • Kenntnisse der Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnungsvorschriften, Steuergesetze und Compliance
  • Kenntnisse in Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnungssoftware
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse
