At Ecolab, we are seeking a highly skilled Supply Chain Coordinator to join our team. As a Supply Chain Coordinator, you will be responsible for managing and processing orders in the system (SAP) to meet the required inventory level based on agreed forecasts and requirements. You will be an operational contact for suppliers, supervising the status of orders and performing follow-up actions with the suppliers and engaged parties to meet the required time and quantity of proceed orders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • SAP orders administration (order processing, modifications, delivery coordination, maintaining correct data in the system)
  • Manage relationships with suppliers at the operational level to ensure very good service performance (capacity planning, production prioritization, solving current issues)
  • Drive effective communication and cooperation with engaged processes parties (warehouses, marketing, planning, AP, etc)
  • Maintain a proper level of inventory (to avoid out-of-stock and overstock)
  • Be part of continuous improvement activities, take an active role in cross-department alignments, optimization projects, etc
  • Conduct in-depth analysis to ensure high leave of service and availability for customers
  • Seek savings or cost avoidance in a managed process
  • Coordinate product returns to vendors and phase out / phase in situations
  • Providing training for new members of the team/department

Requirements:

  • Several years of experience (+3 years) in supply planning, customer service, sales administration, or similar
  • Excel and SAP skills especially in modules: MM, PP, SD
  • Ability to work in an extended cross-functional network with different levels of management; therefore, you feel comfortable leading discussions driving conclusions, and giving recommendations
  • Commercial, Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or relevant bachelor's degree
  • High quality of work and engagement in assigned tasks, using your proactiveness, problem-solving, and analytical skills
  • Very good organizational and time management skills and know how to meet deadlines
