About This Role
We are seeking an experienced R&D Procurement Manager in Clinical Services to join our team at TN Poland.
The successful candidate will have a strong background in procurement, contract negotiation, and supplier management.
Responsibilities
- Negotiate contracts with suppliers that secure favourable terms for procurement of goods and services contracts in line with the agreed business requirements.
- Ensure that business requirements are clearly defined and supplier performance management is in place to deliver value to GSK.
- Develop project plans, execute contracts, and lead negotiations to meet business objectives.
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.
- Demonstrate understanding of and commitment to the GSK culture and R&D priorities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's Degree.
- 3+ years of experience in Global Procurement or equivalent function.
- Experience developing project plans, executing contracts, and leading negotiations.
- Pharmaceutical, healthcare, or consumer goods industry experience.
