Data Analyst - Rate Management Specialist

Your role in our team will be to support operational tasks related to rate updates for clients and client-matters, including discounts, fee markups, and VAT surcharges.

  • Maintaining accurate data records in finance systems
  • Collaborating with the pricing team to establish client/global agreements
  • Communicating effectively with internal and external stakeholders regarding rate queries
  • Managing user access processes within finance systems
  • Setting up new lawyers in finance systems
  • Identifying opportunities for process improvements
  • Meeting agreed deadlines for all activities
  • Processing ad-hoc requests related to rate management

Our requirements:

  • Excellent English language skills
  • Ability to interact effectively with customers, demonstrating customer focus and expectation management skills
  • Experience working in an international, diversified professional environment
  • Willingness to learn new systems and tools supporting daily work
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office applications
  • Highly developed interpersonal and communication skills, including teamwork, patience, and a can-do attitude
  • Focused on delivering exceptional customer service, demonstrating a professional approach and commitment to internal client care
  • Previous experience in a Global Service Centre environment is highly valued
