Velenosimeredith Consulting is seeking a dedicated Electric Vehicle Purchase Advisor to join our team in Lublin. As an Electric Vehicle Purchase Advisor, you will be responsible for providing expert advice to customers regarding electric vehicle purchases, ensuring that their needs are met and exceeded.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be proficient in German and English. You will also possess strong problem-solving skills and be able to work collaboratively with internal teams.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide expert advice to customers regarding electric vehicle purchases.
  • Assist customers with their inquiries and resolve issues efficiently.
  • Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.

Requirements:

  • Fluency in German (C2)
  • Good knowledge of English (B2)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Customer-focused with a friendly and professional attitude
  • Ability to work on-site in Lublin
