Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyze customer accounts and payments to ensure timely collection of debts in line with contracted payment terms.
  • Manage disputes and monitor the resolution process to maximize customer satisfaction.
  • Execute analysis and reports as assigned in an accurate and timely manner.
  • Keep all relevant stakeholders informed of progress and/or issues to ensure seamless communication.
  • Support internal business units via phone, email, and workflows.
  • Contribute to the development and implementation of improvements projects.

Requirements:

  • Enrolled at university with valid student status.
  • Excellent English skills (at least B2 level).
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in teams.
  • Interest in finance and a willingness to learn.
