We offer skills in reporting, analysis, actuarial, and input management, among others.

Job Description: Senior PMO Officer

This role supports strategic/complex Project/Program Managers in tracking statuses of program deliverables and milestones, controlling and reporting on progress. The successful candidate will ensure deliverables and documentation related to organizational framework are in place.

  • Outputting project status and other regular or on-demand reports
  • Implementing, coordinating, and improving project Governance arrangements and communication
  • Supporting Project/Program Managers in budget preparation
  • Managing PPM Tool (our E2E project management instance)
  • Performing project resource management-related tasks and resolving related issues

The ideal candidate will have fluency in German (preferred knowledge of insurance, IT, finance, infrastructure terminology) and English at C1 level. A minimum Bachelor's University degree and 8+ years of experience in the field of PMO (preferably in IT-related environments) are required.

A strong analytical mindset with a focus on attention to detail is essential for this role. Proactive, issue-solver type of attitude, ability, and drive to learn new expertise in a fast-paced environment are also key characteristics of the successful candidate.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Provide project support to senior project managers, ensuring timely completion and quality delivery.
  2. Develop and implement project governance frameworks, ensuring compliance with organizational standards.
  3. Coordinate with cross-functional teams to drive project execution and mitigate risks.
  4. Analyze project performance data to inform decision-making and identify areas for improvement.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (e.g., business administration, engineering)
  • 8+ years of experience in project management or a related field
  • Fluency in German and English languages
  • Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.)
  • Experience with project management tools (PPM, JIRA, etc.)
