Elavon Financial Services is seeking a highly skilled Senior Quantitative Data Analyst to join our team. As a key member of our data analytics group, you will be responsible for developing and implementing advanced data models and statistical techniques to support our business objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain complex data models and algorithms to analyze large datasets and identify trends and insights.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement data-driven solutions that meet business needs.
- Analyze model outcomes and trends in metrics such as predictive accuracy and stability over time, identifying issues and proposing adjustments or improvements.
- Design, develop, optimize, and run code/processes for model performance monitoring and report generation.
- Perform tests, interpret results, and document outcomes in reports and data visualization dashboards.
- Streamline and automate processes for efficient data capture, quantitative testing, documentation, and visualization.
- Write process documentation and playbooks to support process consistency/continuity and knowledge transfer.

Requirements:
- 3 or more years of experience in data analytics, software development, or related roles.
- Bachelor's Degree or higher in a quantitative/technical field such as computer science, data science, statistics, or mathematics.
- Programming experience in SAS, Python, R, or similar statistical packages.
- Experience in SQL query development.
- Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, and project management skills.
- Effective interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

Salary: The estimated salary range for this position is $120,000 - $160,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
