About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Marine Operations Business Support Advisor to join our team in Poland. As a Marine Operations Business Support Advisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring efficient contract administration, invoicing, customer data management, and compliance with industry regulations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Contract Administration: Provide support to marine operations, including contract creation, management, and maintenance.
  • Invoicing: Utilize the RINA invoicing system to create accurate and timely invoices based on contract terms.
  • Customer Data Management: Create and maintain accurate customer records in the database.
  • Communication: Maintain effective communication with internal teams and customers to clarify contract-related details or address concerns.

The ideal candidate will have excellent organizational and time management skills, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Excel (data analysis, pivot tables, reporting).
