- Provide top-notch customer service through phone calls, emails, and web forms, ensuring consistency and quality.
- Meet daily service delivery targets by efficiently handling queries and requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Accurately document all interactions on systems according to established processes.
- Maintain a positive image and create a great first impression for every contact.
- Foster long-term relationships with customers, colleagues, and clients through open and interactive communication.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
You must have C1 English skills + C1 French Language skills. Being highly methodical with thorough attention to detail is also essential. Additionally, you should have excellent organisational skills and ability to work to stringent customer service SLA's and KPI's.
