1. Develop and execute export sales strategies for building systems;
2. Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve export sales targets;
3. Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform commercial decisions;
4. Build and maintain relationships with key business partners;
5. Identify new business opportunities in foreign markets;
6. Lead cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and expand into new markets;

• Tertiary education in management, trade, or technical fields;
• 10 years of experience in a managerial position in export sales, including at least 6 years as Export Director;
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful export market development strategies;
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills;
• Fluency in English (C1 level) and proficiency in additional languages (at least 2);
• Cat B driver's license and willingness to travel frequently on business.
