Export Director Specialist

Our client is a leading player in the global export market, with a strong presence across Europe, Asia, Pacific, North America, and South America. We are seeking an experienced Export Director to lead our international sales division.

• Create and execute export sales development strategies for building systems;
• Manage a team of commercial and technical professionals responsible for driving export sales growth;
• Analyze foreign markets and identify new business opportunities;
• Develop and maintain relationships with key business partners;
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform commercial decisions;
• Lead cross-functional teams to drive sales growth and expand into new markets;

• Tertiary education in management, trade, or technical fields;
• 10 years of experience in a managerial position in export sales, including at least 6 years as Export Director;
• Proven track record of developing and implementing successful export market development strategies;
• Excellent leadership, negotiation, and interpersonal skills;
• Fluency in English (C1 level) and proficiency in additional languages (at least 2);
• Cat B driver's license and willingness to travel frequently on business.
