The Role:

We are seeking an experienced Data Analyst to join our International Benefits Governance team. As a key member of this team, you will be responsible for managing reporting and analytics activities, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and supporting governance initiatives.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Partner with the International Benefits Governance team to manage reporting and analytics activities.
  • Coordinate global benefit plan inventory update projects with external consultants and internal Benefits and Payroll teams.
  • Collect, analyze, and report benefits data for regulatory filings, including EU pay equity, transparency, material risk taker reporting, and IDI Resolution Planning.
  • Identify opportunities for process and tool automation related to benefits data reporting.
  • Support various benefits governance initiatives as needed to maintain compliance and operational efficiency.

Your Skills:

  • Strong analytical skills with a proven ability to handle complex data.
  • Advanced proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Excellent time and priority management skills to meet deadlines effectively.
  • A positive, can-do attitude and strong communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Experience in Benefits Management or Administration within a large, complex international organization.
