Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Data Analyst to drive the growth of our e-commerce business.

About the Team

The Finance Department is a key contributor to decision-making and strategic planning. We pride ourselves on being the owners of our data warehouse and dashboards.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare reports, analyses, and business recommendations based on data from analytical tools (Google Analytics 4, BigQuery)
  • Develop and maintain the analytical tool environment in GA4
  • Manage scripts in Google Tag Manager (GTM) and configure the data layer
  • Data visualization and create dashboards in Looker Studio
  • Analyze the sales funnel and conduct A/B tests to recommend actions increasing conversion and user engagement
  • Recommend optimization actions related to traffic acquisition and conversion rate optimization
  • Debug tracking errors to ensure proper functioning of analytical tools
Collaboration and Communication
  • Execute joint projects and collaborate closely with other teams (marketing, sales, development)
  • Understand business needs and address them effectively

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Min. 2-3 years of experience in a similar position in e-commerce, data analysis, web analytics
  • Expert knowledge of Google Analytics 4 (GA4) configuration
  • Practical experience in configuring and debugging tags in GTM
  • Experience in designing reports and dashboards (e.g., in Looker Studio)
  • Good knowledge of SQL and experience working with databases
  • Ability to analyze the sales funnel and marketing campaign effectiveness
  • Good communication skills, responsibility, and a proactive approach to task execution
  • Fluent English
