Thai Content Moderator

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Thai Content Moderator to join our team at The Social Element. This is a unique opportunity to work with a global gaming brand, supporting their online communities by ensuring that all content meets the highest standards of safety and respect.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for reviewing and moderating content on our client's platform, ensuring that it complies with community guidelines and policies. This role requires strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

About You:

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess native-level Thai language skills, as well as fluency in written and spoken English. Prior experience in content moderation or online safety is highly desirable, but not essential. What is crucial is your ability to think critically and make sound judgments in complex situations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Moderate content on our client's platform, ensuring that it meets community guidelines and policies.
• Work closely with our team to resolve any issues or concerns related to content moderation.
• Stay up-to-date with changes to community guidelines and policies, and ensure that your moderation decisions reflect these updates.
• Collaborate with colleagues to share knowledge and best practices in content moderation.

What We Offer:

In return for your hard work and dedication, we offer a competitive salary of £20,000-£25,000 per annum, depending on experience. Additionally, you will receive 33 days of paid holiday, including bank holidays, as well as a birthday off and an annual occasion day. Our flexible Fridays policy allows you to leave early on Fridays, and we also offer a career break after one year's service.
