The Social Element is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Thai Content Moderator to join our team. As a Content Moderator, you will play a critical role in ensuring the safety and integrity of our online communities.

About the Role

We are looking for a native-level Thai speaker with excellent written and spoken English skills to moderate content on our platform. Your primary responsibility will be to review and remove any content that violates our community guidelines, ensuring a safe and respectful environment for all users.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and moderate content in accordance with The Social Element and client-specific guidelines
• Remove any content that violates our community guidelines
• Escalate user-generated content that requires further attention
• Communicate with users and provide feedback on moderation decisions
• Work collaboratively with the moderation team to ensure consistency and accuracy

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Native-level Thai language skills
• Excellent written and spoken English skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to work accurately in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
