Key Responsibilities

  • In our Cyber team, you'll contribute to safeguarding the security of our global network, applications, and infrastructure. This involves tackling evolving cyber threats daily, ensuring our systems remain secure and protecting both the bank and our customers.
  • As part of our Engineering team, you'll lead the bank's digital transformation, maintaining and optimising our technological infrastructure. This drives HSBC's continued innovation, enhancing both internal systems and services provided to millions of customers worldwide.
  • Within our Data team, you'll play a pivotal role in unlocking the full potential of our data. By transforming vast amounts of information into meaningful insights, you'll enable us to better understand our customers, designing innovative digital banking services tailored to their needs.
  • Our Operations teams are Risk Operations, Payment Operations, and Credit Services. These largest teams provide near-shore solutions to Europe for large-scale, skilled, language-dependent activities, delivering services among majority of Continental Europe countries and in local languages.
