Job Description

This role involves maintaining a portfolio of customers and reducing the aging of open accounts receivable by improving cash collections and resolving disputes. Key responsibilities include:

Key Responsibilities

  1. Collecting past due invoices and reconciling accounts as needed.
  2. Providing excellent internal and external customer service.
  3. Identifying and resolving disputes and unidentified payments.
  4. Communicating account delinquency information to stakeholders.
  5. Resolving A/R-related disputes within the predefined time frame.
  6. Assigning disputes to the appropriate internal owner and following up on unresolved disputes.
  7. Working with internal departments to research and resolve payment-related issues.
  8. Supporting training and process improvement efforts.
  9. Staying up-to-date with accounts receivable standard processes and technology improvements.
  10. Achieving past due percentage and cash target-related goals.
