Your primary responsibilities will include:

  • Reviewing and approving all types of PRs
  • Providing support in sourcing for assigned categories
  • Resolving price and quantity blocks for all invoices
  • Writing and updating Work Instructions and knowledge management files
  • Maintaining effective relationships with stakeholders
  • On-boarding new colleagues
  • Initiating improvements, participating, and leading improvement projects
  • Performing ad hoc activities

About the Team

You will be part of a dynamic team consisting of 13 people, working within the Procurement and Finance Operations department. Our team is responsible for Master Data, Procurement, Accounts Payable, and Travel & Expense processes delivered to over 50 entities worldwide.

What We Are Looking For

  • A higher university degree
  • 1-2 years of experience in operational procurement
  • Solid knowledge of operational procurement processes and systems (Ariba knowledge is an asset)
  • Knowledge of ERP systems (SAP FI & MM modules preferred)
  • Continuous improvement practical experience
  • Procurement courses (an asset)
