Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Procurement Data Compliance Specialist to join our team at Ecolab. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with product specifications and SAP data in procurement projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Participate in procurement projects to ensure compliance with product specifications and SAP data
  • Communicate with external vendors on a daily basis
  • Support the team in day-to-day activities including invoice reconciliation, preparation of reports, data entry and data verification tasks

Requirements:

  • Very good in English verbal and written communication. A second European language will be an advantage
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel
  • Resiliency and ability to adjust to changing variables in the workplace
  • Open mindset and continuous improvement approach
  • Very good communication & presentation skills – self-drivenness, openness to communicate on various levels
  • Engagement to operate proactively, anticipating possible problems, opportunities, and challenges
  • Interest in fields of Procurement, Supply Chain, Shared Service, Chemistry or other relevant
  • Previous work experience would be an advantage
  • Experience in working in project groups is welcomed
  • Work experience in a multinational/multicultural/matrix environment will be an advantage
  • Availability minimum 25 h per week
