New Sales Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Specialist to join our dynamic Sales team at Eryk Sp. z o.o. in Szczecin. As a Sales Specialist, you will be responsible for presenting, promoting, and selling our services to B2B customers, establishing and developing positive business and customer relations, and negotiating contracts.

Your Responsibilities
  • Promote and sell our services to B2B customers using solid arguments and negotiation skills.
  • Establish and develop positive business and customer relations to drive sales growth.
  • Negotiate contracts with potential customers to secure new business opportunities.
  • Generate leads and prepare offers to meet sales targets.
  • Visit customers and potential customers to evaluate needs and promote our services.
  • Reach out to potential customers through cold canvassing and cold calling to expand our customer base.
  • Follow sales targets and deliver results within deadlines.
  • Coordinate sales efforts with team members and other departments to achieve sales goals.
  • Analyze market potential, track sales, and create status reports to inform business decisions.
Requirements
  • You are fluent in English and have excellent communication skills.
  • You have a business education (B.Sc. or College Diploma) and relevant work experience.
  • You are a natural and efficient communicator with strong negotiation skills.
  • You have an international driving license recognized in Europe and are willing to travel regularly.
  • You are well-organized, dynamic, and enjoy meeting new people.
  • You live in or near Szczecin or are willing to relocate to Szczecin.
  • You are a natural negotiator who enjoys a challenge and is willing to learn and grow.
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office, especially PowerPoint, Excel, Word, and PDF files.

As a Sales Specialist at Eryk Sp. z o.o., you will be engaged in a wide variety of tasks, including generating leads using digital marketing tools and visiting fairs. No two days are the same, and we need a dynamic person who enjoys unexpected developments, is proactive, and eager to learn and develop within the B2B sales process.

Your profile should include experience in sales, preferably in corporate B2B sales. However, the most important thing for us is your attitude, perhaps sparked with a bit of sales talent, and your willingness to work in a very dynamic way, where you travel regularly to different places to visit customers.
