Job Title: Fire Alarm Sales Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Fire Alarm Sales Specialist to join our team in Poland. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities and driving sales growth in the fire alarm systems market.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Form close relationships with system integrators, specifiers, end users, and consultants to promote our brand and increase sales and demand for fire alarm products.
  • Achieve set objectives relating to all relevant sales and product quantity mix, including strategic and active analysis of market opportunities and influencing decision-makers to ensure sales growth.
  • Develop and implement short and medium-term sales plans, working closely with the Product Management team to share market information and ensure the correct positioning of products in the market.
  • Liaise with major system integrators at the senior level, consultants, and specifiers to promote our fire alarm products and services.
  • Conduct end-user consultations, product and market segmentation, positioning, and targeting, and input ideas toward marketing plans for new product launches and customer events.
  • Focus on project-based business, accuracy of forecasting, and achievement of all budgets and targets.
Requirements:
  • A proven track record in business development or sales role, achieving sales in a demanding environment.
  • Extensive experience in the electronic security market, specifically in fire alarm systems and associated technologies, with a strong understanding of new technologies and market trends.
  • Fluent in Polish and English, with excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Driving license and ability to travel extensively across Poland.
  • Microsoft Office package knowledge and intermediate knowledge of AutoCAD.
