Clinical Sales Specialist

About the Role:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Clinical Sales Representative to join our team at Boston Scientific. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing expert technical product and clinical assistance and training to physicians, EP Lab staff, and other healthcare professionals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Meet with existing and potential clients to discuss and demonstrate how our products and services can help them achieve their goals.
- Develop relationships with hospital personnel to identify key decision-makers and facilitate future sales.
- Plan and develop the market for our existing and new products to achieve monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales targets.
- Provide clinical education, sales strategy, and support for complex issues to promote our products and increase sales revenues.
- Respond to customer needs and complaints regarding products and services by developing creative and feasible solutions.
- Attend cases in labs of hospital accounts for case support and development efforts of our technologies and components.
- Maintain advanced clinical knowledge of cardiac ablation, cardiac ablation components, technical knowledge of EP technology, advancements, and business landscape.
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1-2 years of medical equipment sales/clinical experience or 1-3 years in an operating room experience.
- Cardiac-related field experience is highly valued.
- Fluent Polish and English.
- Strong communication skills.
- Able to rapidly adapt to a dynamic marketplace.
- Strong team player, collaborative, ability to build relationships and work cross-functionally.
