At Ascendix Technologies, we are looking for a skilled IT Recruitment Professional to help us find top talent in the PropTech domain. As a member of our Recruitment team, you will be responsible for searching for qualified candidates, maintaining our database, conducting research, gathering statistics, and preparing documents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Cooperate with our Recruitment Team to identify and attract top talent in the IT industry.
  • Utilize various search services, job boards, and internal databases to source potential candidates.
  • Screen resumes for requirements and maintain a thorough understanding of the IT industry.
  • Create and publish descriptions of open positions internally and on job boards to attract the best candidates.
  • Monitor vacancies' relevance on job portals and report any issues to ensure a smooth recruitment process.
  • Conduct market research, analyze data, and prepare related reports to inform our recruitment strategy.
  • Perform various research tasks upon request and create comprehensive candidate lists.
  • Engage in email correspondence with potential candidates and other stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • Completed a comprehensive course in sourcing, with a focus on the IT industry.
  • Strong understanding of the basics of the IT industry and ability to quickly adapt to new technologies.
  • Experience in using various sourcing tools and techniques, including sourcing process automation.
  • Intermediate level of written and conversational English, with good analytical and Internet search skills.
  • Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
