About the Role
We are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Professional to join our team in Kraków. As a key member of our recruitment team, you will be responsible for identifying and attracting top talent to support the growth and success of our organization.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Line Managers through the entire hiring process, including the definition of job descriptions and salary ranges.
- Ensure the publication of job advertisements on relevant job boards and review applications according to job requirements.
- Lead professional job interviews in English and Polish for various positions in Editorial, IT, and supporting departments.
- Actively propose new ways to attract candidates, including active sourcing, for specialized functions.
- Collaborate with the local HR team and European recruitment team to ensure a smooth and engaging recruitment process.
- Engage with Managers across Europe and China to onboard the right talent.
- Attend job fairs and contribute to recruitment-related projects.
Requirements
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, humanities, law, or management.
- At least 4 years of experience in recruiting.
- Excellent interviewing and communication skills in both Polish and English.
- Strong sense of ownership, proactive approach, and goal-oriented mindset.
- Excellent time management and organizational skills.
- Willingness to go the extra mile in networking and maintaining great relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Good understanding of HR processes in general; experience with talent management is a plus.
- Ability to act with confidentiality and professionalism.
