We're currently searching for a Talent Acquisition Specialist to support our Finance and Technology functions in Krakow.

As a Talent Acquisition Specialist, you'll be responsible for developing hiring and sourcing strategies based on strong market knowledge, including direct search, establishing relationships with professional networks, and employer branding activities. You'll be a trusted advisor for our business stakeholders, guiding external and internal candidates through the hiring process with the best candidate experience in mind.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leading an end-to-end recruitment process from talent identification to successful closing
  • Acting as a business advisor and building/maintaining close relationships with hiring managers through resource planning, job specification, and other recruitment activities
  • Preparing recruiting and sourcing strategies
  • Ensuring great candidate experience throughout the entire process
  • Impacting with data, telling the story, and applying an analytical approach to recruitment data and providing recommendations based on
  • Being a market expert, providing managers with market intelligence, and sharing knowledge of the talent landscape

Qualifications:

  • Experience in running end-to-end recruitment processes
  • Customer focus and the ability to manage stakeholders
  • Passion and interest in Finance and IT industry, understanding of the market trends
  • Experience in sourcing and candidate attraction
  • Ability to be proactive and build strong relationships
  • Very good written and spoken English
