About the Role
This internship is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in talent acquisition, working on a variety of tasks such as reviewing CVs, conducting phone interviews, and sourcing candidates. You'll also have the chance to participate in team meetings and training sessions, developing your skills and knowledge in the field.
Responsibilities
- Review and shortlist candidate CVs
- Conduct phone interviews with candidates
- Sourcing candidates on job boards
- Identify process improvements and implement changes
- Participate in team meetings and training sessions
Requirements
- Fluent Turkish language skills
- Basic MS Office skills
- Attention to detail and ability to focus
- Eagerness to learn and develop in the area of Talent Acquisition
- Fluent English is a must
What We Offer
As a Talent Acquisition Specialist at PepsiCo, you'll receive a competitive salary and selected benefits, including a Multisport card and access to our well-being platform. Our internships run all year round, and you'll need to be available for at least 20 hours per week. Please note that PepsiCo does not cover any costs associated with obtaining a visa and work permits for people who are required by law to obtain such visas and permits. The position is not remote.
