As a Junior Reporting Specialist in our Close & Control BIP (Banking, Insurance, Payroll) team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the accuracy and timeliness of our financial reporting. Your responsibilities will include carrying out monthly close activities, preparing balance sheet reconciliations, and monitoring cash position. You will also assist in preparing audit deliverables and documentation for internal and external auditors.

Your Key Accountabilities:

  • Carry out monthly close activities in the areas of banking, payroll, and accounts receivable.
  • Prepare the Balance Sheet Reconciliations, drive quality and resolution of open items, and assess balance sheet healthiness and compliance with internal policies.
