Job Description

In this pivotal role, you will support the SCM Knowledge Management and Functional Competency Managers in executing and implementing relevant strategies.

You will maintain the SCM SharePoint pages/sites, provide guidance to content owners, and align closely with the SCM Communication Manager on communication standards.

This role demands a high-energy individual capable of functioning in a global context, effectively collaborating with diverse stakeholders, and adeptly handling operational tasks.

You will report directly to the Head of Change Management and Continuous Improvement, based in Zurich, Switzerland.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain and update data repositories (e.g., Adonis) to document processes and establish a structured system to organize and retrieve documentation.
  • Utilize digital tools (e.g., Power Apps and Power Automate) to create custom applications and automate workflows.
  • Maintain, update, and create online learning courses, ensuring smooth user experiences and troubleshooting any technical issues of the new learning platform.
  • Collaborate and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders.

Required Skills and Qualifications

  • University degree in a relevant area.
  • Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience in Celonis, Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, etc.
  • Highly experienced with digital tools, including e-learning platforms and Microsoft MS365 applications.
  • Business fluency in English (essential, both verbally and in writing); knowledge of other languages is an asset.
