At BNY Mellon, we're seeking a highly skilled Tax Reporting Associate to join our Poland Tax Client Service Team. This role is located in Wrocław, Poland.

In this role, you'll be responsible for maintaining oversight and awareness of all tax-related service and satisfaction indicators, identifying areas of concern and opportunities for improvement, and delivering on agreed action plans.

You'll handle all tax-related queries from clients, providing full-scope and high-quality replies to queries by anticipating client further questions and performing in-depth investigations.

Assist clients in documentation management, pre-filling required documentation, and monitoring the processing of these documents.

Analyze reclaim reports and proactively advise clients of outstanding issues and status.

Actively participate in and/or organize conference calls with clients on specific issues when necessary.

Perform monthly 'Health Check' calls for assigned clients and provide a written summary of issues, discussion points, and relevant action tracking to the client and team leader.

Monitor query turnaround time and provide reporting on these to management.

Ensure all relevant procedures are up-to-date, suggest, and make changes where appropriate.

To be successful in this role, we're seeking a university degree in a business discipline or the equivalent combination of education and experience. You'll also need years of total work experience, preferably in finance, accounting, tax reporting, or analysis.

A pro-client attitude is a must, and previous client-facing experience would be an asset.

MS Office knowledge is a must.
