About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Associate, Client Processing II to join our team at The Bank of New York Mellon Corporation. As a key member of our Client Services team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our clients, ensuring seamless processing of their transactions, and maintaining accurate records.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process trades, including subscriptions, redemptions, transfers, and switches, with high accuracy and efficiency.
  • Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Support day-to-day reporting activities, including fund static data setup and maintenance.
  • Reconcile processes such as cash, banking details, and other related tasks.
  • Perform routine and non-routine client service and transactional support functions.
  • Provide analytics and reporting services to improve and automate transaction processing systems.
  • Lead lower-level service roles in the successful delivery of support or service.
  • Participate in product development, enhancement, and system testing to ensure accurate and efficient processing of high-value transactions.
Requirements
  • Fluent spoken and written English language skills.
  • Experience in written and spoken client communication is preferred.
  • Ability to withstand work pressure and deliver with speed and accuracy.
  • Strong PC skills, including Microsoft Word, Excel, and other relevant software.
  • Flexibility towards tasks assigned, job timing, and scope of responsibility.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Years of total work experience, preferably in a corporate environment.
  • Previous experience in Financial Services is preferred.
