About the Job:

As a Bilingual Broadband Advisor, you will provide expert support to customers across multiple languages, ensuring seamless communication.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver top-notch support via phone, email, or chat to customers with broadband-related issues.
  • Provide technical assistance for broadband services, guaranteeing customer satisfaction.
  • Address contract and billing inquiries thoroughly and efficiently.
  • Manage customer complaints, showcasing empathy and professionalism.
  • Serve both B2B and B2C clients on inbound calls as first and second line support.
  • Engage in outbound calls for administrative tasks, such as gathering feedback or late payment follow-ups.

Requirements:

  • A service-oriented mindset, focusing on customer satisfaction.
  • Fluency in Swedish, Norwegian, Danish, Finnish (C1 level), and English (B2).
  • Excellent communication skills, including active listening.
  • Administrative and technical knowledge.
  • Ability to communicate complex information clearly and concisely.
  • Minimum 6 months of experience in customer-facing roles.
  • Capacity to perform soft selling and upselling.

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with CRM systems.
