Job DescriptionKey Responsibilities
  • Design and develop backend services using a state-of-the-art Microsoft Azure cloud-based tech stack.
  • Follow clean architecture principles and implement appropriate patterns (e.g. CQRS).
  • Take care of code quality, participate in peer programming and code reviews.
  • Cover different areas of backend technology, including infrastructure and code components (REST-based API controllers, house-keeping services, CI/CD pipelines, data access, and database design).
  • Work in an Agile team, participate in daily, refinement, planning & review, and retrospective meetings.
  • Present features developed to stakeholders.
Requirements
  • 3+ years of proven experience in developing backend services with C#/.NET (.NET Core preferred).
  • Experience with Azure Services, including Azure SQL, Azure Service Bus, Azure Cosmos, and Azure Event Grid.
  • Experience with applying design patterns (CQRS) and supporting libraries (MediatR).
  • Experience with Infrastructure as Code (Terraform) and Azure DevOps, YAML-based CI/CD pipelines.
  • Ability to grow on challenges in a demanding environment.
  • Strong communication skills and high degree of customer orientation.
  • Being an active member of an agile, cross-functional team developing cool software.
Nice to Have
  • Background in TypeScript, Angular, Node.js, and Docker.
  • Knowledge of German.
