Job Title: Application Manager/Integrations Engineer

We are seeking a highly skilled Application Manager/Integrations Engineer to join our team at Michael Page. As a key member of our HR IT team, you will be responsible for implementing, maintaining, and enhancing international HR IT systems.

Key Responsibilities:
  • HR IT Systems Integration: Implement, maintain, and enhance international HR IT systems, including applicant tracking, learning management, and talent management applications.
  • Collaboration and Integration: Collaborate with various departments to ensure seamless integration of HR IT tools with both internal and external systems/services.
  • Troubleshooting and Support: Diagnose, resolve, and test technical issues related to integration code, software, hardware, devices, and endpoints, and provide solutions or workarounds.
  • Application Support: Ensure the stable operation and support of relevant applications.
  • Technical Specifications: Develop and evaluate technical specifications, coordinate with IT infrastructure, and conduct tests and documentation.
  • International HR Support: Offer advice and work closely with international HR teams.
  • Level 2 and 3 Support: Provide 2nd and 3rd level support.
Requirements:
  • Education: Bachelor's or Master's degree in business, IT, or a related field.
  • Experience: Extensive experience in HR consulting, working with Employee Lifecycle HR IT applications, or integrating HR IT systems.
  • Technical Skills: Strong knowledge of interface and database technologies (e.g., XML, SQL, JSON). Proficient in supporting cloud-based applications, including requirements gathering, interfacing, and setup.
  • Language Skills: Fluent in English (B2 level minimum); German language skills are a plus.
  • Personal Qualities: Ability to work independently and a solution-focused, service-driven mindset.
