Job DescriptionOverview

This role provides an excellent opportunity for students to gain practical experience in data analysis and business operations. As a Working Student Analytics, you will support the HR organization in daily tasks and contribute to Business Unit projects.

Your Responsibilities
  • Support the HR team in maintaining reports, analyses, and data preparation.
  • Develop and execute optimization projects independently.
  • Promote cross-departmental collaboration by creating and rolling out reports within the Business Unit.
Qualifications and Skills

To succeed in this position, you should have:

  • A strong background in Economics, Psychology, or related fields (B/M.Sc programs).
  • Excellent IT skills and digital competence.
  • Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint, and knowledge of Power BI.
  • Strong organizational skills, flexibility, and ability to work effectively in a team.
  • Fluent English language skills, both written and spoken.
