Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Data Analyst Intern to join our Human Resources department in Europe. As a Data Analyst Intern, you will be responsible for supporting the HR organization in day-to-day operations and Business Unit projects.

The ideal candidate will have a strong IT affinity, excellent MS Office skills, and very good command of English. You will work closely with our team to create and maintain reports and analyses, as well as prepare and analyze data.

About Our Team

Our Business Unit Tubular Glass manufactures product solutions for customers in the pharmaceutical, healthcare, and cosmetics sectors at seven locations in Europe and Asia. We are looking for a talented individual who can contribute to our team's success and gain valuable insights into different business processes.

Your Responsibilities
  • Support the HR organization in day-to-day operations and within Business Unit projects.
  • Assist with the creation and maintenance of reports and analyses, as well as data preparation and analysis.
  • Conduct optimization projects independently.
  • Further develop cross-departmental reports and roll them out within the Business Unit.
  • Handle ad-hoc requests from various departments.

In addition, you will have the opportunity to travel between plants to gain a more comprehensive understanding of our international operations and valuable insights into different business processes. You can choose your office location from one of our three European sites: Wertheim, Chalôn, or Bolesławiec.
