We're looking for a talented and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Customer Service Representative with German. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional levels of customer care and satisfaction by successfully handling a variety of unique phone and email enquiries.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting customers through different channels (inbound calls and messages)
  • Analysing and solving customer queries
  • Sharing information on administrative and technical requests (products, invoices, etc.)
  • Making changes to the system
  • Forwarding faults or calls to other departments
  • Upselling and promoting products

Requirements:

  • German at C1 level or above
  • English at B1/B2 level would be an asset
  • Customer-oriented attitude
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Good knowledge of MS Office
  • Willingness to work in shifts: 5 days a week, 40 hours (7am-10pm, Monday-Sunday)
  • Willingness to work on the basis of a mandate contract for a period of two weeks. The next contract is an employment contract for an indefinite period.
