Obowiązki

  • ongoing contact with customers appearing in the company's products,
  • researching the client's needs in order to present the offer page,
  • solving problems reported by customers,
  • building a long-term relationship with the client based on trust,
  • analyzing and establishing an action strategy,
  • realization of sales targets (KPI).

Wymagania

  • knowledge of German at the level of min. C1,
  • knowledge of English at the level of min. B2,
  • experience in online sales / marketing / customer service,
  • highly developed interpersonal skills,
  • ability to research customer needs,
  • knowledge of the CRM system is welcome.
