Business Development Representative with Portuguese-English - Hybrid

TTEC is seeking a highly skilled Business Development Representative to join our team in Krakow. As a trusted advisor, you will build long-term relationships with existing customers and establish new ones to maximize sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver exceptional customer service and uncover sales opportunities for our technology client's customers.
  • Cultivate existing customer relationships while establishing and maintaining long-term relationships.
  • Work collaboratively with a cross-functional team to identify and solve business technology needs in a cloud-based environment.

Requirements:

  • Experience prospecting, developing accounts, negotiating, and closing deals.
  • Ability to develop partnerships and communicate with high-level decision makers to assess needs.
  • Some understanding of cloud-based software.
  • Exceptional verbal and written bilingual communication skills in both Portuguese and English.
  • A solution-oriented mindset and comfortable working to resolve issues before escalating to the next level.
