Business Development Representative with Romanian-English Krakow

We are seeking a skilled Business Development Representative with Romanian-English language skills to join our team in Krakow, Poland. As a Business Development Representative, you will be responsible for building long-term relationships with clients and identifying sales opportunities for our technology client's customers.

You will deliver exceptional customer service, cultivate existing customer relationships, and establish new ones. You will work collaboratively with a cross-functional team to identify and solve business technology needs in a cloud-based environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Negotiate with clients to close sales, handle objections, and rebuttals
  • Recommend, quote, and negotiate product knowledge with clients
  • Buildd a healthy sales pipeline to achieve targets
  • Serve a variety of clients, including small to medium-sized businesses and advertising agencies, as well as C-Level business contacts supporting cloud-based technology
  • Stay up-to-date on industry trends and developments
Requirements:
  • Prospecting, account development, negotiation, and closing deals experience
  • Developing partnerships and communicating with high-level decision-makers
  • Understanding of cloud-based software
  • Exceptional verbal and written bilingual communication skills in both Romanian and English
  • Solution-oriented mindset and ability to resolve issues before escalating
  • Reside in or be able to work in Krakow, Poland
