About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our team in Krakow, Poland. As a representative of TTEC, you will be responsible for building long-term relationships with customers, delivering exceptional customer service, and identifying sales opportunities.
- You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and solve business technology needs in a cloud-based environment.
- Your primary focus will be on negotiating with customers to close sales, handling objections, and recommending products to meet their needs.
- You will also be responsible for developing a healthy sales pipeline and achieving revenue targets.
What You Bring to the Role
- Experience in prospecting, developing accounts, negotiating, and closing deals is essential.
- You should have excellent verbal and written communication skills in both Polish and English.
- A solution-oriented mindset and ability to work independently are required.
- Reside in or able to work in Krakow, Poland is mandatory.
