About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Global Mobility Expert to join our team at Novo Nordisk. As a key member of our Total Reward and Mobility department, you will play a crucial role in supporting the organization's cross-border movements and reporting lines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage complex cases across countries globally, ensuring compliance with all relevant regulations and policies.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key stakeholders, including Line of Business, HRBP, and vendors.
  • Provide assignment cost estimates, risk assessments, and advise on requirements for a compliant set-up.
  • Initiate vendor support and register and track cases in our operational systems.
  • Conduct meetings across regions to inform about policies updates and align on collaboration with different units in P&O.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of proven experience with international mobility, international assignment management, or international compliance.
  • Academic degree in business administration, HR discipline, or related field.
  • Fluency in English.
  • Experience with virtual & remote work and corporate compliance.
  • Ability to work across different cultures in a continually changing environment.
  • Experience with using Assignment Pro, MMS, or similar systems supporting mobility processes.
  • Confidence to manage multiple cases and projects at once.
  • Problem-solving mindset and ability to navigate in and make decisions in an environment where you don't have all the answers.
