Role Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Planning and Analysis Expert to join our team at Aptiv. As a key member of our Finance department, you will be responsible for preparing monthly management reports and variance analysis, comparing actuals to latest forecast, budget, and prior year. Your analytical skills and attention to detail will be essential in evaluating monthly financial and operational results to best support strategic decision-making and achieve budget targets.

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare monthly financial reports and variance analysis, comparing actuals to latest forecast, budget, and prior year.
• Evaluate monthly financial and operational results to best support strategic decision-making and achieve budget targets.
• Analyze, report, and interpret financial and non-financial KPIs.
• Assist with completion of quarterly commentary and presentations for senior management.
• Track and troubleshoot resulting actions from inception to achievement.
• Identify key actions to address variances and collaborate with colleagues to find resolutions.
• Build strong business interaction and communications with internal customers.
• Perform ad-hoc financial reporting analysis and queries.
• Proactively identify opportunities for enhancing financial processes and engage in continuous improvement of the FP&A function.

Ideal Candidate:
The ideal candidate will have previous FP&A experience and a solid understanding of commercial, financial, and accounting concepts. Strong analytical skills, high motivation, and excellent interpersonal and communication skills are also essential. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint is required.
