Job Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Financial Planning Expert to join our Finance Team in EMEA, supporting the Global Virtual Sales & Engineering organization.

Salary Information
This is a highly competitive role with a salary range of $80,000 - $120,000 per annum, depending on experience.

About the Role
As a Senior Financial Planning Expert, you will be responsible for building up Opex and Headcount forecasts, driving forecast accuracy through data analysis and business partnering. You will also provide financial expertise in all business-related matters, including planning and budgeting, financial analysis, and ensuring compliance with corporate policies and controls.

Your Key Responsibilities
• Build up Opex and Headcount forecasts, analyzing trends and identifying areas for improvement
• Develop and maintain forecasting models to drive accurate predictions and support business decision-making
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvements
• Provide financial analysis and insights to support business growth and strategy development
• Ensure compliance with corporate policies, procedures, and regulatory requirements

What You'll Need
To succeed in this role, you will need:
• A Bachelor's degree in Economics, Finance, or a related field
• 3-5 years of experience in financial planning, controlling, or business analysis, preferably in a multinational company
• Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in Excel and financial modeling tools
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
