About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Financial Services Expert to join our team in Poland. As an Accountant with Hungarian language skills, you will be responsible for providing financial expertise and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Cash Collection: You will be responsible for collecting cash from clients and processing transactions efficiently.
  • Dispute Management: You will work with customers to resolve any disputes or issues related to their accounts.
  • Customer Service: You will provide excellent customer service via email, responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
  • Reporting: You will create monthly reports to track financial performance and identify areas for improvement.
  • Auto-Mailers: You will send automated emails to clients to keep them informed about their account status.
  • Client Calls: You will facilitate regular calls with clients to discuss their financial needs and provide guidance.
  • Balance Confirmation: You will confirm balances with clients and ensure accurate records are maintained.
  • Credit Limit Analysis: You will analyze available credit limits for clients and provide recommendations to the business.
  • Invoice Processing: You will work with business partners to speed up invoice processing and ensure timely payments.

Requirements

  • Hungarian Fluency: You must have excellent spoken and written Hungarian language skills.
  • Communication Skills: You should have good communication skills, both in spoken and written English.
  • Independence: You must be able to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines.
  • Accuracy: You should be able to work accurately with numbers and maintain high levels of precision.
  • Communication: You should have very good communication skills, both in spoken and written, in one of the above-listed languages.
  • MS Excel: You should have a working knowledge of MS Excel and be able to create reports and analysis.
  • Analytics: You should have strong analytics skills to identify trends and areas for improvement.
