Job Title: Human Resources Support Specialist with German Language Skills

We are seeking a skilled and experienced HR Support Specialist to join our team in Poland. As an HR Support Specialist, you will provide exceptional support to employees and partners by resolving queries, issues, and concerns related to HR transactions and administrative tasks.

About the Role:

  • Respond to employee inquiries on HR-related matters through various channels such as email, phone, or in-person meetings.
  • Resolve issues and concerns in a timely and professional manner, leveraging knowledge base documents, FAQs, policy documents, and other relevant resources.
  • Actively follow up on outstanding items, obtain feedback from employees and partners, and maintain accurate records of interactions.
  • Assist HR Shared Service Centre users in navigating self-help materials and functionality, providing guidance and training as needed.
  • Properly escalate complex issues to next-level support or subject matter experts when necessary.
  • Prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and meet deadlines while maintaining high-quality service standards.
  • Participate in meetings with internal stakeholders to discuss HR-related topics, process improvements, and knowledge base enhancements.

About You:

  • You have a strong educational background in human resources, business administration, or a related field.
  • You possess excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to interact professionally with diverse groups of people, including managers, executives, business partners, and subject matter experts.
  • You are proficient in Microsoft Office, Google Suite, or other productivity software, and have experience working with HR systems, ticketing tools, and document management platforms.
  • You are fluent in English and German (min. Intermediate level), with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages.
  • You are available to travel when possible and if necessary.
  • You have prior experience in HR administrative roles, preferably in a shared services environment.

  • A competitive salary range of PLN 45,000 - 55,000 per month, based on your qualifications and experience.
