Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Technical Support Specialist with a strong background in IT and excellent communication skills to provide top-notch support to our Slovak-speaking customers. The successful candidate will be responsible for resolving hardware, software, and network-related issues via telephone, email, or chat platforms.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical assistance to customers via various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat platforms.
  • Diagnose and resolve complex technical issues related to hardware, software, and networks.
  • Work closely with internal teams to resolve issues and improve overall customer satisfaction.
  • Document and track customer interactions using our call tracking system.
  • Develop and maintain knowledge of new technologies and processes to stay up-to-date with industry trends.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • At least 1 year of experience in technical support or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows OS, MS Office, Internet browsers, antivirus software, and firewall configuration.
  • Fluency in Slovak language (B2 level) and English (B2 level).
