We are currently seeking an experienced Administrative Coordinator to join our team in a Junior Admin role with English language expertise. This position offers a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic environment, support employees, and contribute to the success of our organization.
Estimated Salary: £22,000 - £25,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Job Description: As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to employees, managing company documentation, organizing meetings and events, booking business travel, and maintaining SharePoint sites and email distribution lists. You will also provide purchasing support and ensure seamless communication within the team.
Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you should have a Higher education (Bachelor Degree) and 6 months of experience in administration, customer service, or a corporate environment. Fluency in English language is essential, and you should possess exceptional time management and organizational skills, ability to work independently in a multicultural environment, and perfect communication skills.
