Job Description

This is a challenging role as CORPORATE FINANCIAL CONTROLLER in our finance team at Arrow Electronics, Inc. with the base salary of around 55000 USD per year.

We are looking for an experienced Accounting Professional who can manage and control financial processes, make strategic decisions, and drive business growth in our European locations, including Poland.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and oversee general ledger accounting, financial reporting, and compliance activities across Europe.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure accurate financial data, identify areas for improvement, and implement process changes.
  • Manage month-end close procedures, account reconciliations, and statutory/financial reporting requirements.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders, such as auditors and regulatory bodies.
  • Analyze financial data to inform business decisions and drive revenue growth.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior team members on financial matters.

Requirements:

  • Possess strong knowledge of generally accepted accounting principles (GAAP) and financial regulations.
  • Hold a bachelor's degree in accounting or related field and a relevant certification like CPA/CMA.
  • Have at least 5+ years of experience in accounting, preferably in a leadership or controller role.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English language.
  • Showcase advanced Excel skills and proficiency in financial software applications.
  • Achieve results-oriented mindset with ability to prioritize tasks under pressure.
